Adam has always had a passion for business. In his early career, he moved away from providing traditional accounting and tax support, to working with his first client as a fractional CFO. It was the middle of the year, and that client was losing money fast. Together, they worked out a plan to get to breakeven by year-end and then the company saw record revenue and profit growth year over year after that. With that growth came the ability for the owners to pay off all of their personal debt, the opportunity for the team to be paid at the top of the marketplace and the company began offering health insurance and 401(k) benefits. Not only did this work change the lives of the owners, it changed the lives of the entire team. This helped Adam hone his passion into serving business owners and their teams to help them achieve their dream goals now for over 10 years!

When Adam is not working, he loves taking trips to Lake Cumberland with his wife Lauren, daughter Lucy and dog Milo. He also loves hosting friends and family and is an avid fan of the Philadelphia Eagles and Chelsea FC.
