What It Looks Like
In our first 90 days together, we will achieve the following:
- Deep dive into your accounting and financial systems to gauge the quality of your data and identify opportunities for improvement
- Workshop to brainstorm and capture all of your business growth ideas. The more team members involved the better!
- Meeting to quantify your top ideas from the workshop to identify the top 1-3 things that will drive the biggest impact to your business
- Develop your detailed annual financial plan AKA your budget
- Develop your own personal Key Financial Indicator (KFI) dashboard which is a visual representation of your key trending numbers
- Have your first Fractional CFO meeting so you can understand how we use all of the data to drive conversations, hold each other accountable and build continuous momentum and results
After 90 days, we will have a check-in meeting to ensure that the process drives value and that there is a clear path to Return on Investment (ROI) for you. If you’re not happy for whatever reason, you can cancel no questions asked.
Once we decide to continue our work together, we meet regularly to analyze your current results vs. our plan, forecast your future results, and use this data to understand where things are on/off track and what adjustments need to be made as needed.
